Well friend, dwell time for dependant restricted tours non combat is 6 months' combat tours are 12 waiverable at 6 or earlier by the first GO in the chain of command.

I just got out in Oct and my wife is still in (this
is her emial). She got back from Korea in Oct 07 and
her new unit is going to Iraq next month.
I havent kept up on the "dwell time" issue. I do know
before I got out a guy from Ranger batt' came to us
and we didnt deploy him for about 6mo because he had
just got back from a 6mo tour in Iraq. No he didnt
wait 90 days before he PCS'd either.
If someone can tell me or tell me where to find the
Reg'/milper on this that would be great.
