No: if the list is set up properly then only messages from subscribed
addresses can pass through to the list. That is how most lists are
meant to function; otherwise anyone (from any address) could post
anything to any list anytime, inundating all mailing lists with spam
and effectively shutting them down.
If Christopher's email address is unsubscribed his malware messages
will just bounce instead of being forwarded on to the list by the
mailbot.
