Today’s bombshell message:
This is a practical hint for you or someone you know who is faced with
being kicked out of their home, or who simply wants to start to bring
down the crooked Banksters who are running Wall Street, Fanny Mae,
Freddy Mac – and a host of other Gollum structures that are parasiting
off the American people.
Apparently, almost NONE of the mortgages done between 2001 and 2008 were
done on the up and up. Demands by homeowners to the company they are
paying to produce proof that it is the holder of the mortgage – is being
met with an inability to produce anything (just like Obama can’t produce
his birth certificate).
Apparently, the Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae (those cute little names!)
scam is that the international banksters have been CHURNING mortgages
like stockbrokers churn stocks in down turns. In other words, every time
a mortgage is sold from one bank to another – many make a handsome
commission.
This explains why crook and 911 Commission member Jamie Gorelick walked
away with $70 million personal profit from the semi-public Freddy Mac /
Fannie Mae type operations – and Obama’s good friend Franklin Raines
walked away with $90 million personal profit!!!!
They were churning, churning, churning, selling, selling, selling your
mortgage and my mortgage and everybody else’s mortgage over and over and
over again – and making a handsome profit each time – along with a lot
of other crooks who have taken over the USA at the top. The Bush
Administration and Obama administration “regulators” (HA!) “hear no
evil”, and “see no evil”, of course.
If someone is reeling towards foreclosure, here’s the path to victory
that is reportedly being taken by many beleaguered homeowners, in
conjunction with the few lawyers and pro se litigators who know the
paths in this field:
1) the homeowner files suit demanding that the company he or she is
paying produce the original mortgage papers – but this is only done
after a competent person looks at the papers in each individual case;
2) When the mortgage company they are paying can not produce the
original mortgage, the homeowner asks for clear title to his or her
property.
There are apparently MANY aspects of fraud going on in this who modern
mortgage process against the homeowner. EVEN MANY mortgages going back
to the 80s and 90s cannot be produced.
My own opinion is that the crooks LOST THE MORTAGE PAPER ON PURPOSE to
preclude that they (the crooks) would be brought up on any criminal
charges.
Reportedly many homeowners are getting their homes free and clear
because of the crookery at the top of so much of the mortgage industry –
instead of being kicked out of them.

IF PEOPLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RUNG HAVE TO FOLLOW THE LAW – SO DO THE
BANKSTERS AT THE TOP OF THE RUNG!
On his conference calls yesterday to lawyers and homeowners, Neil
Garfield stated and ended up with these words (paraphrase):
“The attorneys defending home owners against the mortgage companies (ed:
who have pulled these stunts) are smelling blood, and there’s PLENTY of
blood to go around!” -- and – he ended the calls with:
“Until tomorrow – GO GET ‘EM!”
There is also a Dateline story on this subject that some tell me is on
YouTube, along with other youtube videos on this subject.
This ewire is a hint on what path to trod for those facing losing their
house. A friend of mine in the South just stopped all mortgage payments
on his relative’s home – one day before foreclosure, with the help of an
attorney knowledgeable in this field.
