Eugene Registration Issues

I would like to thank all of the team directors that forwarded a roster in a timely manner. For those of you who submitted a roster, I will have a packet of race numbers prepared in advance. I know that we continue to have issues with categories, but we will keep working on these. If you have recently upgraded or do not have a physical copy of your license, please print a copy of the authorization to ride and bring it to Eugene with you. If you are in the wrong category and have not yet processed an upgrade, bring documentation (USAC or OBRA Road license, or race resume) that supports your upgrade. We will get you in the correct group.
If you take the time to secure a collegiate release form (http://www.usacycling.org/forms/waiver.php?url=collegiate/CollEventRelease.pdf) and fill it out before you get to the site, you can be warming up while everyone else is filling out forms. The Crit on Sunday is on a separate race permit, so while you are at it, make a second copy and fill it out for the Sunday race--you will need one there too. Drive safely and we will see you in Eugene.
