I wonder if this building wasn't named after Valentine Mott, the famour
ante-bellum New York surgeon. Were medical and scientific organizations
housed in it?

Is this bulletin board still up? If so, I was
wondering if anyone knew where I could learn more
about Mott Memorial Hall. It was locate in the 1870s
at 64 Madison Ave and apparently housed a number of
organizations.
