You might try Clancy-Cullen. They're based in the Bronx, but have a
storage center in Brewster in Putnam County, maybe 60 miles north of
the
city. The Rare Book and Manuscript Library here at Columbia used them
(and may still be using them) to store materials when they had to clear
their stacks during the Butler Library renovation. Clancy is a moving
and storage company that specializes in library relocations so they're
likely to be a little more sensitive to archival concerns than Iron
