Forgetting the lesson of prohibition, New York now wants to ban smoking in your car. I suppose to make the new law completely air tight, every vehicle must have a second air filter...on the end of the tailpipe.

'View from the Left', Harley Sorenson is honest anyway. His latest column bemoans the idea of 'removing' Yasser Arafat. He gives no reason not to kill the bastard and offers no solution. Yes, his view is 'from the left'.

Capt. James Yee who is now charged with treason, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He then left for a time, studied Islam in Syria and then returned to the Army as a Muslim Chaplain. Does anyone see anything wrong with this picture?

Wesley Clark yesterday outlined his new vision for a new patriotism. Part of it calls for Americans to embrace international organizations like the United Nations. Yeah baby, there's no doubt about it now, Clark is a true Democrat.

Our favorite commentator/pollster Dick Morris offers up some good news regarding Clark, " Clark will not wear well. His early gaffes show his inexperience. He would be a bit like a latter-day Dwight D. Eisenhower, except that nobody can quite recall what war it is that he won.'' He might just help us win the war against the Clinton twins though.

According to a new survey Australia has become the most depraved and debauched nation on Earth. 17 per cent of Australians are involved in gay or lesbian relationships, putting the country equal first in the world for its proportion of homosexuals. Those marsupials must be a bad influence.

From the manifesting the obvious department, 'Children Hurt by TV News'. Yes, that conclusion is a rerun. Gee Elmer did you know that?

Meanwhile, back down under, we find those marsupials do have some redeeming and virtuous qualities....Lulu the Kangaroo Saves Farmer.

Legalized Murder is happening in America. The Terri Schiavo case highlights this and it is about time. Euthanasia has been debated extensively in America and many other nations. But something has always been lost in the rhetoric...God's Will.

      Monday September 22, 2003

'Who Killed John F. Kennedy'? Do you want to know the latest conspiracy theory? Then read this article, (which is really an advertisement for a book) or wait until 2062. Surprise, surprise.

Theories abound as to why the Clintons are pushing Wesley Clark as their Democratic pick for President in '04. Some analysts suggest a faltering Clark candidacy could pave the way for Hillary Clinton while others wonder about a Clark-Clinton or a Clinton-Clark ticket. Take our poll and weigh in.

New York Times columnist Frank Rich used his Sunday column to slam Mel Gibson, his new film about the death of Jesus and Fox News star Bill O’Reilly. Rich's chief complaint is that Gibson's film is pro Christian and 'rightwing Jew'. To use a Bill O'Reilly adjective, Rich is a pinhead.

New York Congressman Charles Rangel, who acknowledges that he has never met Clark in person, said, "He can save this goddam nation from self-destruction". But in Charlie's world down is up and mirrors are windows.

England, the birthplace of 'Big Brother', plans on keeping watch on 500 paroled sex offenders. While pedophiles and the like are no one's favs, who next?

Arafat is a homosexual. ''There are also persistent rumors that he is a pedophile. I mean, in his private life, he is everything the Islamic culture detests – a closet pervert.'' So says Joseph Farah today. Maybe Yasser should be deported to San Francisco. Ellen Ratner, an Arafat fan, may let him crash at her flat.

      Friday September 19, 2003

Wesley Clark may be the most dangerous person in the presidential race. So says Joe Farah today. More dangerous than Al Sharpton? Yes Al doesn't have a chance. More than Howard Dean? Yep, Dean's a 'pinko' and unelectable vs. President Bush. Yes Clark is dangerous because of three things; He's smarter than Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton has her eye on him. And all of them are global elitists who think they are better than you and me.

It may appear that Israel has shown superhuman restraint in dealing with the demon known as Arafat and it is also true that the time is fast approaching when Israel destroys not only the Palestinians (starting with Yasser Arafat) but other Arab nations who get in the way. Who has held them back and Who will release Israel's fury? Hal has some background for us. And Jonathan Tobin gives you some perspective.

"It's been a good week for equality in Canada," said the 'ant-bible bill' sponsor, Svend Robinson, an openly homosexual member of Parliament. Svend apparently wants to stifle opposition to depravity. Relative truth and relative morality lead to you know where. His opposition to Biblical Truth was foretold in the Holy Bible, of all places, two thousand years ago. While he censors, we'll pray.

There may not be direct evidence that 'Saddam the Impaler' had anything to do with 9/11 but it sure is enlightening to know that he took a special interest in Abdul Rahman Yasin, suspect in the World Trade Center bombing in 1993. Saddam Hussein gave him money and housing. The Baghdad butcher is also Mr. Hospitality.

Edward 'Teddy' Kennedy (wonder why he wasn't dubbed ETMK back in the 60's?), senior senator from the great socialist state of Massachusetts is calling President Bush 'a liar, a cheat, a fraud and a briber'. Guess we'll have to look into those allegations because Teddy has a vast amount of experience in these areas so he should know.

The headline reads: 'Arafat threatens suicide over expulsion'. Speaking in his West Bank headquarters in Ramallah, Arafat pointed to his machinegun lying on the floor and said he would use it to kill himself if Israel tried to deport or assassinate him. Closer to God you are, may you find Him. It is one thing to have sin alarmed only by convictions, and another to have it crucified by converting grace. You, because you have been troubled in conscience for your sins, think well of your case, miserably mistaking conviction for salvation

Often the whipping boy of the liberal left, Attorney General John Ashcroft ripped critics, he labeled critics of the law "hysterics" and said "charges of abuse of power are ghosts unsupported by fact or example." (true) and speaking to critics who charge the Justice Department with snooping around public libraries, "The fact is, with just 11,000 FBI agents and over a billion visitors to America's libraries each year, the Department of Justice has neither the staffing, the time nor the inclination to monitor the reading habits of Americans," Ashcroft said. "No offense to the American Library Association, but we just don't care. ... We don't care either, for ultra-liberal whiners and hypocrites.
