Irish Government Calls for Participatory Budgeting  Josh Lerner

Last week, Ireland's Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local
Government, John Gormley, launched a Green Paper "Stronger Local
Democracy" which calls for participatory budgeting, amongst other local
democracy measures.
