Hello
This was forwarded to me by Ruth, our information officer at the PB Unit. I
thought I could share it with the international PB listserv.
See commented they aren't doing PB yet but they are putting place various
initiatives with an aim to implement
PB in the future. Certainly it's encouraging to see that civil society is
alive and well in Nigeria and are pushing for better and more transparent
governance.
