The only midi experience I have was NOT very convincing. My son uses it all
the time and swears by it. I tried it and found I had to make so many
adjustments, moving stuff around, correcting stuff so it read exactly the
way I wanted it, that I went back to composing one note at a time. That
just works better for me.

It sounds like you have great background and good experiences, Quintessence.
We all feel the clock ticking and wonder if we'll be able to get "it" all
done. That's what keeps us young and active. It's wonderful to have goals
and to love what you're doing!

Keep it up.

I've always used Rhapsody for notation...but the company went under a few
years back and I know that sooner or later I'll need to try something new.
Any recommendations?

Edie
