About the dimension of the method

Dear Prof.,
I want to ask two questions:
(1)I find following words from the VIEW part of the www.qcmethod.com:
Prof. Ortiz, currently at the Graduate Aeronautical Labsat Caltech, and
Dr. Jarek Knap have introduced a fully nonlocal three-dimensional
version of the method and used it study nanoindentation.
My understand is that there is a three-dimensional version of the
method, but how can I got it?
(2) Does can Version1.2 of the method conduct 3D nanoindention?
