compile error. Help!

Dear Prof.,
When I compile the file "makegb.intel" in the directionary GB_example
download from qc web site using intel compiler, the error appears:
f77 -c -o nonstandard.o
f77: no input files; unwilling to write output files.
I don't know how to do , please help me!
