Hi. you need to increase the value for maxlvl on line122 of bandwidth.f:
     integer, parameter :: maxlvl=2000 ! maximum number of nodes

but I would guess that this is being exceeded because you have a mesh that
isn't very good... perhaps it very abruptly goes from fine to coarse. You
might try improving the mesh as well.
