since so many chinese researchers are interested in QC,why don't we set

From the contact list in the QC werbsite, I found that many chinese
researchers are interested in QC(including me). So, we can see that QC
is more and more popular in china. So, why don't we set a forum to
communicate with eachother by chinese. I think it is more convenient for
us. Some famous websites like bbs.mse.tsinghua.edu.cn and www.emuch.net,
all of these are good platform for us. How about my
