Many Thanks, it is really great to feel "included" in the Band's replies.,
Looking forward to my next Musical High spot ( After playing Shad's style a la C. P-J behind hymns in Church of Course ) is The Rapiers in The Medina on the Isle of Wight. Made sure of front row seats just to stage left , of course so I can watch C. P-J 's technique

The voice behind Gary Lineker is definitely Marty Wilde. He recorded the vocal along with the rest of the track at Brian Bennetts studio. Bruce Welch informed The Rapiers last night (at our 25th ) that the advertising company met Marty and Brian at the studios and went through long introductions, i.e. Marty this is Brian Bennett, Brian this is Marty Wilde, clearly not realising that Brian was Martys drummer back in the 50s in the Wildcats.
On behalf of the band thanks to all for all your positive feedback in relation to the advert, it has clearly made its mark !!
We had a fantastic 25th last night, I wont give a full rundown as Greg will no doubt post an in depth report on his return to the US.
Colin, John, Nathan, Neil and myself would like to express our gratitude to all who made the effort to attend(completely sold out) and to all our friends who made a special trip to support us.
Bruce Welch, Jet Harris, Mike Berry, Billie Davis, Danny Rivers, Roger Cover, Bill Bonnie to name but a few.
We have just recovered from doing the William Tell overture as our last number, which is the first time in a number of years.
