Many of the USB->serial adapters use the FTDI chip, which has WinCE drivers...

Here's one for $22:

R-DAS tiny WinCE software?

Subject: R-DAS tiny WinCE software?
G'day everyone:
I would like to use my handheld PCs (WinCE) with the R-DAS tiny, but
present GUI does not support USB. If RS232 serial to USB adapter exists,
it could possibly be used without software changes. Many USB to serial
adapters exist, but they come with drivers for the WinXT, etc. host not
the other-way-around. Any suggestions, ideas, etc. will be greatly
appreciated.
I really want to hear that new WinCE GUI with USB is on the way . . .
soon. Maybe, just a USB driver patch.
Best regards,
Craig
