Hi Michael & All:
Thank you for sending the review-synopsis of
your work. (infra) As a former District Attorney Investigator I have long
admired anyone engaged in freeing innocent people from the clutches of our
criminal legal system which is to say, a heinous. callous, and erronious
way to conduct the Justice System in America.
My view is that all innocent persons released for that reason should
receive a basic restitution amount of $100.000.000 dollars to compensate
for the wrongful imprisonment, and another $100.000.000 to pursue the joint
matters of 1.Obstruction of Justice and 2.Malfeasance in office vs. the
Prosecutor, as a public servant, Civilly,vs the Prosecutor personally, and
a required public apology filed and paid for by public funds in every major
newspaper in the state. The Judge in the case should receive a letter of
reprimand for allowing the miscarriage of Justice and be suspended for a
year.
As a expert and having a teaching credential in this area of public
justice, I think thjese measures would without doubt cause the public to
value faultless accurate prosecutions and better behavior by Prosecutors
and Defense Lawyers as well.
Best regards,
Don Tipton

"A Danger to Society" by Michael Allen - (1-4116-0232-3, $13.57) "A
Danger to Society" details the fact-based account of a man mistaken
for a common criminal. He experiences first-hand the hypocrisies that
exist throughout the entire legal system. From police officer to
judge, "Dawg" plots to go toe to toe with the good ol' boy network
waging war against him and undermining the effectiveness of the entire
community. After being thrown in jail with a ridiculously high bond,
"Dawg" learns the insider details he plans to use against the
establishment. Underestimated, "Dawg" has time to plan the perfect
revenge and set the record straight about his rock-solid character
once challenged in a court of law. Brazing and fearless, Michael
Allen pulls no punches as he exposes the undercurrent of small town,
small mind America. Clearly defining "small town, small mind" as
applying to the leadership, Michael Allen distinguishes respectable
community members from the insidious clan vying for position. With
humor to lighten the insanity of it all, Michael Allen goes there! He
leaves readers breathless wondering if he'll ever survive the
ramifications of a town left paralyzed by the naked truth. Detailing
the actual "Jail Agenda" and showing the narrow mindedness of an
insecure, nervous network of people struggling to hold-on to the
morsels of power they have been given, "A Danger to Society" has
created quite a stir. Not only did Michael Allen receive various
warnings before publishing the factual story, he was also offered
money to kill its publication. Pressing ahead, Michael Allen proves
his willingness to print truth at all costs.
