"Wilbon skillfully sets up situation after situation to build the action to
a climax, even as he shows us the seduction of the power that resides in
the
hallowed halls of Washington institutions. NJAMA is a page-turner with a
lot
of conscience, or one might say, a lot of soul. " - Midwest Book Review

Could there be a secret society looking out for the best interest of
minorities and women? Could it be possible that an elusive and powerful
group such as this could change the course of history? Could it destroy
those who stood in its way? In THE ENIGMA OF NJAMA by Anthony D. Wilbon,
Montgomery Quinn finds out that not only are these things possible, but
very
real and very dangerous.
Montgomery Quinn is a professor at George Washington University living a
normal life with normal money, work, and marriage problems. That is, until
his best friend Jovan tells him that he is suspicious of his wife Nia's
activities and asks Montgomery to hold onto what could be evidence that Nia
is being dishonest. Reluctantly, Montgomery agrees to hang on to the
evidence in an attempt to help his friend. What Montgomery doesn't realize
is that his decision would cause his life to drastically change, and the
secret society Njama is at the core of this transformation. With Jovan in a
coma after a freak accident, Montgomery vows to get to the bottom of Njama.
He embarks on a quest to expose the perpetrators, carry out Jovan's wishes,
and get his life back on track. Consequently, he is met with fierce
opposition from the powerful group.
Suspenseful, insightful, and well-plotted, THE ENIGMA OF NJAMA is a
page-turning, thrilling read. Wilbon is innovative and fresh in
constructing
his storyline, the characters he creates are well-developed and thought
out,
and he tops it all off with a surprising twist.
