Hi everyone.
Just touching base & sending you my chocolate recipes.
I saw the grilling link & thought of Rob & thought of you guys & Rob's
Cooking Pot. It's not hard to think of Rob...not a day passes that he
doesn't come to mind. He is easy to miss, his humour & his cooking were
certainly unique. In so doing, when I sent this out, I thought perhaps
all of you would like to hear from me & get a recipe or 2. I will be in
touch again soon.

To easily remove burnt on food from your skillet, simply add a drop or
two of dish soap and enough water to cover bottom of pan, and bring to a
boil on stovetop.

Cake
1 devil's food cake mix with pudding
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
24 large marshmallows
1 (14 ounce) bag coconut
Frosting
1 package almonds, sliced, slivered or whole
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
Mix cake mix as box directs. Bake in a greased 10 x 15-inch pan at 400
degrees F for 20 minutes.
While cake is baking, mix the rest of the ingredients, except coconut in
pan over low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in the
coconut. Mix well and spread on warm cake.
For frosting: Sprinkle almonds over the coconut layer. Heat sugar, milk,
and margarine until melted. When completely melted, remove from heat and
stir in the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and spread on cake. Cool
before serving.

1 package brownie mix
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Bake brownies according to package directions. Cool.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter chips and butter
together, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in
the sweetened condensed milk. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies.
Chill until set and cut into squares.
