This eGroup is a resource for beginners as well as those advanced in Meditation on the Inner Light and Sound. You will learn a simple meditation technique taught by the Masters. Messages posted include instructions on how to meditate, as well as the teachings of the spiritual teachers of this Path. Links to various resources (books, websites, radio stations) are often included. Poetry, prose -- uplifting messages are shared each week.
The meditation practice of the Sant tradition of India is called Surat Shabd Yoga: meditation upon the inner Light and Sound of God.
