WH130 no data error

We've completed our upgrade to LSF9.
Our WH130 is producing nothing except the message no data.
I've tried batchdebug (mind numbing) and other things but all I can see
id that our data in WHDEMAND has the same alloc-qty and WDM-PRINTED-QTY.
Any suggestions what the culprit might be?
I'll probably post this in various places because we are pretty anxious
about this as you can imagine.
