Hello Everyone --
Apologies if you get this twice. I know a lot of you are on the official
conference listserv that we should be using, but I know at least a few of
you aren't.
Just a quick reminder that we *must* have a roster of people you plan to
bring to the race (if they're on the list and they don't come that's OK) in
order for people to get into the Crit venue! The venue is closed and
monitored by security officers, so if your riders/fans are not on the list,
they will not be allowed access! A note was sent out about this earlier
this month, but I've only received MSU's rider list. We need to have this
in by Friday, so PLEASE get these into me ASAP!
We'll get some finalized course maps out to you sometime later this week in
case anyone has any questions about them. If you have any questions that
the flier can't answer, feel free to send me an email or give me a call.
