The link below is the bad news regarding the Air Quality.

Note that the many coastal cities have worse air than many inland areas.

Due to a 2 week trip to Nova Scotia that ended just before the fires
started, I have had only 90 miles of pedaling this month! But, even my
garage has air that is too bad for the deep and heavy breathing of cycling.

My lungs will thank me for it in the future.

My first ride planned is a training session in my garage Thursday Nov 1. I
hope I do not have to cancel it.

Hello all:

Anyone start riding again?

I realize that there is still lots of particulate matter in the air,

but I haven't ridden since Sunday, and sitting at home is absolutely

killing me.

I was wondering when people were going to start riding again.

BTW, I am located in North Rancho Bernardo and would be riding

from here.

Condolences to those that lost life or property. I wish you the

best in dealing with the challenging days ahead.
