I know most of you riding in the AIDS LifeCycle are planning on doing the
"Day on the Ride" in the north bay, but For those of you who want another
option closer to home (or just another option), Please consider the I CARE
Classic in San Jose (also known as the " I Cookie Classic" for all the yummy
home baked goods they serve).
AIDS riders have used the ICARE for years to train for our big event.
This ride is the primary fundraiser for the Amalden Super Lions Club and the
charitable work they do throughout the year. (including their support of the
AIDS rides. They have donated $2000 in the past 3 years for the SFAF,
through the AIDS rides), so Riding this ride will help the AIDS LifeCycle
too!
This is not a pledge ride, though it is a great opportunity to get your
century ride in on a fully supported ride
Details can be Found at: www.icareclassic.org
Pre-Registration is highly perferred, but you can register the morning of
the event.
