Harbor Freight catalogue has a stainless steel 3-way LP stove with grill, 69.99. I had one exactly like it when I lived in Japan. The little oven does a really nice job of toasting. We gave it to our mother-in-law and it still being used, 15 years later.

I have been pondering if one could make a toaster that ran on propane or
some other clean burning gas. I am thinking of how one makes a alcohol
burning stove by making pin holes in a can. Perhaps there is a way to make
an apparatus that would toast bread on both sides at the same time?

When I cleaned my battery terminals a week ago, this made a big difference
on power input as well as power output to my inverter.

The new sensor porchlight runs all the time off of the inverter, and I
watch TV until 11 pm every night, too... the cleaned battery terminals have
given me some good inverter power for this nightly operation... I will soon
add two more panels and that should take everything off grid except the
microwave oven, toaster, and fridge...

I have a secondary PV system, which runs off of one 90 watt PV panel and
one, 100 AH, 12 volt, AGM battery, plus a small charge controller, that runs
the trailer's interior lights, and the On Demand water pump. Those two
loads on the secodary sytem have run good for many months now. The central,
two TV set output, wall mounted RF amplifer will be added to the secondary
circuit soon, I think. The RF amplifer pulls such a small, load, that I
usually don't count it with other load calculations...

I can't wait until I get a good solar powered fridge to replace my
in-effecient GE office fridge that I use now... and if a solar fridge runs
good off of a third, one PV panel and one battery circuit, then I would only
have the toaster and microwave oven left on grid power.
