Hello everyone! Just a brief note here about Southern Cooking. Our
first article has been posted just in time for the Labor Day holiday,
featuring a Menu & Recipes for your festivities. Recipes include
Barbeque Spare Ribs, Herbed Pot Roast, Egg-Mustard Potato Salad, Summer
Cole Slaw, Pineapple Baked Beans, and Corn-on-the-Cob. And for dessert
- Lemon Icebox Pie. Also, learn how to make the perfect sweet iced tea!
The discussion boards have some really nice folks dropping by, and I'm
enjoying getting to know you all. Feel free to join in any of the
discussions, ask questions, post recipes, or share your best hints &
tips... or just drop in at "Around the Kitchen Table" to chat and see
what's cookin' today.
Don't forget to check out my book selections, too! I'll be adding to
the recommended cookbooks over the next few weeks and sharing my
favorites with you.
And the best of the web links needs some great sites added to it, so if
you have a favorite cooking site, please share it with me, and I'll post
it for everyone to find.
