Koolitus Saksamaal: \"Give it a go!\"

Tere,
Alljärgnevalt koolituspakkumine noorsootöötajatele:
- kelle igapäevatöö on seotud vähemate võimalustega noortega;
- kellel ei ole varasemaid kogemusi seoses projektide läbiviimisega
programmi Euroopa Noored raames.
Koolituse \"Give it a go!\" käigus käsitletakse vähemate võimalustega noorte
vajadusi ja võimalusi, saamaks kaasatud rahvusvahelistesse
noorteprojektidesse: programmi Euroopa Noored alaprogrammide 1 ja 2
(vastavalt rahvusvahelised noorsoovahetused ja Euroopa Vabatahtlik
Teenistus) raames.
Koolitus leiab aset 25.-31. augustil 2003, sellele registreerumise tähtaeg
on 29. juuni! Kohapealne majutus ja toitlustus on tasuta, reisikulud
(odavaim rongi- või lennupilet) hüvitatakse korraldajate poolt.

Give it a Go!
Young people with less opportunities in international youth exchanges and
European Voluntary Services
This international training is for youth workers who (want to) realize youth
exchanges (action 1) or European Voluntary Services (action 2) with young
people with less opportunities.
The training will offer practically relevant suggestions on how to make this
hard-to-win-over target group curious about international projects.
Practical simulations, theoretical input and reflective periods, in which
newly aquired skills will be evaluated for future action, are further
elements. The following subjects will be discussed:
- How can the ambivalent motivations young people have for youth exchanges
be used in a positive way?
- methods to develope young people\'s participation in youth exchanges and
the attitudes youth workers and organisations take towards this subject
- Methods of crisis and conflict management
- establishing workable systems of communication and cooperation between the
partners (project management)
- ideas for the preparation, realization, leading and evaluation of
inclusion projects (quality management)
- youth exchanges as a starting point for participation in long term
projects, like the European Voluntary Service, and the special chances of a
follow up project

Costs:No cost for participation and accomodation.
Travel cost will be reimbursed based on the cheapest train or flight
