Subject: (swallowme) New Music?
Every now and then I feel the need to check and see if the list is still
alive since no one seems to use it any more. I used to love getting emails
from all of you characters (I say that lovingly.) Besides Esthero and her
brother's presence, I liked everyone's music recommendations. While I
impatiently wait for Esthero's and D'Angelo's and Sade's next release, I thought
I'd ask what everyone else is doing to cope with her absence, (besides
listening to Half A World Away for the buhzillionth time.) I doubt this will
start any sort of rebirth of the list but here's a snapshot of what I've
been listening to over the last several months:
Electric Wire Hustle. These guys kind of fill the Lewis Taylor void
(since he decided to retire). From New Zealand.
