"Week of confusion"

Just a reminder - we are now in what Glen Hauser calls the "week of confusion" when New
York and Vancouver, for example, are still are on winter time, but London and Cologne are
on summer time.
So if you're listening to a shortwave station which observes its local summer time or to the
shades of Peter Sellers and Spike Mulligan on the internet streams of BBC7, remember that
these may be on at a different time on your clock and that this difference may last for one
week only.
