Desert Island Game?

Does anyone have a fun, fairly short, game or activity relating to being stranded on a desert island? I have a Kids Book Club (ages 9 - 12) and we are reading Kensuke's Kingdom for next month. I know that's a bit younger then teen but I thought maybe I could adapt something for a younger group. I have one activity that is for adults about going through a list of supplies after having a boat sink but that's not quite a desert island scenario. Any ideas accepted with gratitude!
