Takings-Net: Supreme Court's Takings Decisions Panel

Takings-Net members are encouraged to attend a panel discussion on the
Supreme Court’s recent takings decisions: Lingle v. Chevron, San Remo
Hotel, L.P. v. City and County of San Francisco, and Kelo v. City of New
London.
Panel members include: Edwin S. Kneedler, Deputy Solicitor General, U.S.
Department of Justice; J. Peter Byrne, Professor of Law, Georgetown
