April Auction Notes and 33 Percent Discount Offer

Hi again,
Just wanted to drop a note since there’s no new issue until the end of
April. I also figured I’d extend an offer to keep you busy from now
until that issue. From now through midnight EST, April 30, I want to
offer a one-third (33%) discount on every order through my Marketworks
Catalog over $25.00.
Your subtotal has to top $25.00 prior to the discount, the discount is
not included on shipping, and ebay items (auction or eBay store) are not
eligible for the discount. Anything and everything currently available
when you visit my “CATALOG” is eligible for the discount through, and
that gives you quite a few items to choose from.
Here’s how it works, just visit the catalog (and I’ll provide you a
direct link at the bottom of this message), do your shopping and check
out as normal—do not select PayPal as your choice of payment at this
time though. Select check or money order so your order is transmitted
to me (if you select PayPal you’ll be taken directly to PayPal and not
receive the discount), from there I will manually add your 33% discount
to your order. You must actually submit your order because that will
place a hold on the items and they won’t be available to other shoppers.
After I deduct your savings you will be e-mailed a revised Order Form.
From there you can change your payment option and choose to pay through
PayPal if you so wish, or continue to pay by check or money order if
that was your original intention. If paying by check or money order
I’ll hold your order for up to two weeks from the time it was placed.
If you have any problems paying through PayPal, just drop me an e-mail
at thi-@things-and-other-stuff.com and I’ll invoice you directly
through PayPal.

Quick Auction Notes:
Later this week there are about a dozen large 2-3/4” diameter Dixie Lids
ending on ebay. Most grade about VG without creasing, but read the
individual listings for details. All are from 1942.
Also later this week on eBay is another grouping 1917 Kromo Gravure
Cards—these are the rounded border versions and are listed as 1917 US
Trading Cards. Some of them I have listed previously, but probably
about 20 or so are being offered for the first time including Theda Bara
and William S. Hart.
Tonight I relisted all of the new 5x7 fan photos that were originally
listed last Wednesday and Thursday. These all end next Monday, April
18. There are just under 100 left and I have lowered the opening bids
to $4.95 on each and every one of them.
