OT Transponder Keys

Does anyone know of a place in (or near) Houston, TX where I can get a
spare transponder key (for Nissans) cut and programmed at a reasonable
price. The dealer wants $100 just to program the key. That seems a bit
excessive to me. I know some locksmiths can do this, but the couple I
called were mobile and wanted more than the dealer. I already have the
key, but it needs cutting and programming.
