Interactive Mathematics Software

I am an assistant principal at a high school. I am searching for an
innovative mathematics program to help improve test scores. While I am
interested in drill and practice software, I would appreciate any
interactive game software to help facilitate problem solving skills. The
software must be field tested and tied into the NCTM standards.
Thank you in advance for any comments or suggestions. If you have had
any personal experience using this software, I would appreciate our
honest feedback.
