Virtual trips

Hi I'm Rob, Im working on my masters in special ed. Just wondering for
those of you that have done virtual field trips, how is it? Is the
experience anthing more than static? Do the kids like it? How do they
react? Do you think it was useful in learning? Just wondering as virtual
field trips and smartboards are new to me as im not in a classroom right
now.
