Congress in the classroom sounds like a great program to incorporate
into a lesson for students. It emphases that the grade levels for this
program are middle school and high school. I was wondering if anyone has
used the program and if it is suitable for middle school students. I did
see that the program provides concepts and terms about the legislative
branch for the students as well as simple footage. I feel that this is
great aspectual now, there is a lot of controversy going on in politics
today that is going to effect the students in school, and as they are
graduating from school they should know how the congress/senate etc
works and what is being voted on. So next election the students have the
information need to vote for the candidate that they believe will do the
best job for this country.
