Barbara, i cannot begin to tell you how angry your post makes me. The
bankers and Wall ST. guys are rolling in dough again - our dough! and
they are still refusing to re-negotiate mortgages to allow people to
stay in their homes. And they won't even talk to you until you've missed
a payment! I just can't stand the fact that the fat cats have had such a
rapid and complete recovery and most of America is struggling to keep
food on the table and a roof over their heads.
I don't mean to add to your burden but do you watch HGTV? They really
show you how to get your house to sell on their Design To Sell program.
Mostly they repaint in neutral colors and absolutely de-clutter
everything!
It sounds like life is dealing you some very bad cards right now. You
have way too much on your plate. I am hoping Molly makes a complete
recovery and that your house sells soon. But if she doesn't, I know two
3-legged dogs that do just great. You have given Molly the best possible
chance. Your love is, I am sure, the most important thing to give her.
A friend sent me this article from the NYT today. Humans just have so
far to go before they can hope to reach the level of dogs. Check out
this article:

My best hopes go to you Barbara,

It seems when it rains it pours. I will be glad when Molly finishes her
medication because her personality changes when she is on pain
medication. She gets very nasty with the other dog and normally she is
a sweet dog. I feel so sorry for her because she will have to be crated
for four weeks and only can be out of that cage for fifteen minutes a
day. I just have so much on me with selling the house, Molly and my
daughter who is in a nursing home with a brain tumor. I hate selling a
house because you have to live in it like you don't live in it. People
come in your house and don't wide their feet and drag dirt and everthing
our in your house.
My house appraised for $260.000 in 2007 and I know the market is tanked
and I am asking $244,900 and I just replaced the furnace and air and I
think that is fair and people find all kinds of reasons why you are too
high. They want me to put granite counter tops and change the carpet
which is in good shape and they want the kitchen floor changed to wood
floors and I have armstrong vinal and it's in good shape. I know it's a
buyers market and it almost want to give up and take it off the market
but I need to get from under the payments.
Back to Molly she still is not bearing weight on that leg but it's too
soon to be concerned. I feel so sorry for her becuase that leg has
bothered her for a long time. Thank You for asking about my baby.
