Grim news this evening for Triad cyclists....

A rider (Caucasion male, middle age, wearing Discovery jersey) was struck and killed by a hit and run car driver early this evening on north Church Street. I happened upon the horrific scene as emergency personell were just arriving. If anyone knows anything about the perpetrator, please contact the authorities ASAP (Guilford Co. Sherriffs Department)
Please ride defensively out there folks.
