Make plans to attend TTT's February meeting with USAT coach Sonni Dyer.
He'll be giving a talk about heart rate monitors vs. power meters.
Should be very interesting. Plus, there will be plenty time before and
after for questions. We need a good turnout, so tell your friends, or
simply bring someone with you.
Oh, the meeting is at Mi Pueblos in High Point (corner of Wendover and
68).
