Hello, I hope that everyone is doing well! I was informed recently by
some of the tri team members that some of you are looking for help with
your swimming technique. I have coached several swim teams and
individuals in the past and currently can get some pool time at
Pyramids, (now called The Club). If you are interested in private or

It is $65/hour per person, $70/hr for two people, and $75/hour for a
group of 3.
I am also a USAT Level I certified coach and will happily discuss any
other training topics or questions you may have.
