I just want to remind everyone of the TTT picnic and 8K trail race at
Gibson Park Sunday 5/18 starting at 4pm. Family and friends are
welcomed! Please RSVP to me (cgen-@triad.rr.com) so we have enough
food.
Don't be intimidated to come out and race! (TTT members are FREE and
non members only $5!) We're calling the race the "catch me if you can"
8K. Here's how it works. You submit your latest 5K race time, if you
have one, if not, estimate one, to me (cgen-@triad.rr.com). We'll
stagger the start from the slowest to the fastest and the winner will be
the first to cross the finish line. It's going to be fun!
