Folks,
I am going to run the annual "Snow & Go" cross country skiing car pool trip
on Saturday Jan 27, 2007.
This year we will meet in the parking lot of the Troy REI store, and pick up any other car poolers
in Flint. I will try to get on the REI calendar for January and give a talk about cross country skiing before the trip.
Destination will be Hansen Hills, and we will stop at cross country ski shop in Grayling before, and then go to cross country ski headquarters
in Higgins Lake after for the 5:00 pm 100% free lessons. Shopping expenses are not included in the cost of the trip, so don't ask. Hansen Hills trail fees were
about $12 last year.
There is usually a Michigan learn to ski coupon in all Macdonald's every January. You can get a good deal on a one day pass/rental/lesson
at XCHQ in Higgins Lake with the coupon.
