Good evening all my freebie friends and welcome to our new subscribers!
I’m so glad to have all of you with us. Steve and I spent Sunday
afternoon and evening with my son Adam and his family and had a
wonderful dinner and watched the Super Bowl. We really enjoyed
ourselves, but the game was a little less exciting than I had hoped it
would be. I did manage to leave with husband still smiling, so at least
that went well…lol.
I spent yesterday and this morning working with Daddy moving furniture
and pulling up wet carpet and padding, trying to get everything dried
out again right down to the bare floor. We thought we were done and
went ahead and cleaned the carpet, but then the water came back in some
areas, and we had to dry it out again. Now we have the professionals
coming in to finish up the job. Oh well, we tried.
