Thursday, February 15, 2007 ~ Announcement
Due to family illness, I will be temporarily discontinuing our freebie
newsletters until further notice. My decision comes as a result of my
mother’s most recent illness that required emergency surgery earlier
this week. Her intestines ruptured and the doctor told us to prepare
for the worse and didn’t give us much hope of her surviving, but she
made it through, and is now in ICU and doing a little better. Daddy and
I are back in forth to the hospital, checking on her all the time, but
don’t really get to spend much time with her. I’m taking time off now
to spend with my parents and help them. I’m so thankful that Steve and
I were here when all of this happened. Mom will require more surgery
after this, not to mention a lot of TLC and she still needs to have her
heart valve replaced. Please keep both of them in your prayers.
If I find myself with some time to write a letter, I will, but in the
meantime you can still get your daily freebies on our forums. Just
remember to check in regularly with us over there. You don’t need to be
a member to sign up for the freebies, we welcome lurkers too, but if you
would like to join us, we would love to have you. At least I have help
from our moderators on the forums and our members participate by posting
freebies as well. I’ll try to check in from time to time, so we should
be able to keep in touch, and by the way, all the freebies posted on our
