Good morning to all my freebie friends and welcome to our new
subscribers! I just wanted to take a few minutes and touch base with
all of you and give you an update on what’s been going on. We finally
were able to bring mom home after an extended stay in the hospital. She
is doing well considering everything she has been through, but her
release from the hospital was delayed due to problems she was having
with her already labored heart and then right towards the end of her
stay, she had some gallstones that kept her there for a couple more
days. We are waiting now for her to regain strength so they can replace
her heart valve, and then they plan to reverse her colostomy.
As you can see, we’ve only just begun and we are keeping very busy
adjusting to the new life style and running back and forth to the
doctors. We want to thank all of you for your prayers and support and
please continue to keep mom in your prayers. I haven’t had a chance to
personally respond to everyone, but please just know my sincere, heart
felt thanks!
Before I forget, we did have the drawing for our February $25 Wal-Mart

I do get a chance to drop in every once in a while, if only for a few
minutes before I go to bed or sometimes while passing by my computer
during the day. I check for new memberships or to see if there’s a fire
that needs to be put out, and check my emails every once in a while.
I’ll have a lot of catching up to do, someday, but until then, I’ll just
be dropping in and doing what I can. It’s easier for me to post a
little something on the forum than to try to send out a newsletter, but
I get a little lonesome for all of you ~ my freebie friends!
