new forum - ultracycling2

A new forum has been created by me. The new forum is open all cyclists.
It is named ""ultracycling2"" and is currently available to anyone in an
unmoderated format.
I've always used the "topica" news lists in email-digest format. I've
never had any problems and see no need to discontinue Topica.....
