Subject:         Wasatch Wildflower Festival

Hi Tony-

Could you please share the attached call for volunteers with your
organization??
The Wasatch Wildflower Festival needs volunteers to help lead
hikes and walks July 29th through August 1st. The event will be held in
varying locations in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, with wildflower
walks every day.

Last year's event had a great number of participation (over 295 walk
participants) and we are looking to increase the quality of the
experience by greatly lowering the ratio of tour/walk/hike leader to
participant.

The training will mostly be about how to lead groups, FS management of the
populations, wildflower id, etc. If anyone is interested, please have
them contact me either via email (p-@cottonwoodcanyons.org) or phone
(listed below.)

There are a wide variety of partners working on this event, ranging from
the Wasatch-Cache National Forest to Snowbird, etc. Thanks!
