In view of the particularly obnoxious trolls infesting
uk.rec.cycling at present, can I suggest reviving this list, as an
alternative forum for anyone interested in sensible discussion of
cycling issues.

I'm still here. Here is London's borough of Barnet. There's enough
going on in London that I've tended to focus on London issues
somewhat. I don't think we know Boris's views on anything yet,
really
