Hi all. I'm very excited to be a member of the United States BCA and thank
you for the opportunity to join. Although I did play a little chess in my
younger years I am enjoying the opportunity to rediscover the sport of
chess. However, now on a tactile board. It is taking some getting use to.
And all help is welcomed. And if you play with me, you will understand just
how much help I need!

I live in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. I am married with three
children. I am an avid sports fan; love martial arts, golf and lawn bowling.
I really connected with Alan's comment that chess is the martial arts of the
mind, and it got me pulling out the chess board again.

If anyone wants to get further info on myself; there was a TV news article
done on my martial arts after last years Karate Super Grand World
Championships. If you are able go to YouTube, and type in Randy Kruzeniski,
and then click on Global.

I hope to play some email chess, but will admit I have never done it in that
manner before; so bare with me till I catch on to the process.

Take care all and thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.
Randy Kruzeniski

Subject: Please welcome New USBCA Member Randy Kruzeniski

 Dear Fellow USBCA Members,
Please join with me in welcoming a NEW Member, to our USBCA
Mr. Randy Kruzeniski

I believe Randy saw one of my signatures on another list we were both on,
and contacted me!
I told him about the Hadley School for The Blind Chess Courses, and
although he has Chess experience, I think he said he was going to take the
courses!

Randy, you will meet a lot of fine friendly Blind Chess enthusiasts on
this list!
They are always willing to help a new member, or each other learn more
about this great sport of Chess!

And always willing to play some friendly or Tournament games!
Either by email Correspondence, or Real Time Games in our USBCA Chat Room!

Please introduce yourself Randy, and once again,
Welcome to our;
United States Braille Chess Association!

With Best Regards,
Alan
