hello to all chess players,
below is some very important information regarding timed games in the US BCA.
if during a tourney game, you don't hear from your opponent after 3 days or more, then send a re-send to your opponent and
also a carbon copy to me.
also, if you are replying to your opponent's re-send,, then send me a carbon to me.
this is your proof, in case of time disputes.
